We provide all the training, tools, and confirmed customer appointments — you bring your commitment and drive to succeed. Many of our representatives earn six figures in their first year, even with no prior sales experience.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners who have requested a free roof inspection or estimate (no cold calling)
Learn to assess roof conditions and explain our products and services
Guide customers through our process to help them make informed home improvement decisions
Provide excellent service and follow-through from start to finish
Attend company meetings and ongoing training sessions

Requirements
Prior sales experience is preferred for this position
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills
Exhibits self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
