    As an Entry-Level Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician, you’ll be the trusted technician our customers rely on to keep their fleets on the road
  • This field-based role is perfect for entry-level technicians or recent tech school grads who are looking for an opportunity to launch their career and expand their skill set
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers

  • Where You’ll Make an Impact

    Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and light follow up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field environment
  • Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance
  • Put your expertise to work using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to get the job done right
  • Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating industry-standard repair times
  • Work with trusted vendors to source parts and keep operations moving
  • Take ownership of a company-issued service truck, perform maintenance and pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring safety compliance
  • Jump in wherever needed – we’re a team that supports each other


  • What Makes You a Great Fit

    At least 1-2 years of hands-on diesel tech experience working on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers
  • DOT inspection and preventative maintenance expertise that keeps fleets rolling safely
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to connect and communicate with customers and drivers alike
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems and digital tools to stay organized and document repairs
  • Ready for the outdoors – rain or shine at customer yards
  • Independent, dependable, and self-motivated – you take pride in getting the job done right
  • A positive attitude and safety-first mindset
  • Must be 23 with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • Bring your own hand tools and we’ll supply everything else


  • Work Environment

    Work in dynamic, high-traffic areas – safety and precision are key
  • Expect exposure to dust, diesel fumes, and noise typical of a shop or yard environment
  • Safely handle chemicals, oils, and grease as part of repair work
  • Be ready to lift, move, and position heavy equipment or components
  • Stay active – you’ll bend, kneel, crawl, and crouch to access vehicle components
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions – rain or shine, our team gets it done
