Position Overview
As an Entry-Level HVAC Technician, you’ll begin your career learning directly from experienced professionals. You’ll assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while completing our structured training and development program. This role is ideal for individuals who want a long-term career in the trades and enjoy problem-solving, working with their hands, and helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist with HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations
Participate in Airco’s comprehensive on-the-job and classroom training program
Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working order
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Support senior technicians and supervisors as you advance toward independent field work
Qualifications
No prior HVAC experience required – we provide all training
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments
