- Learn and assist with HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Participate in Airco’s comprehensive on-the-job and classroom training program
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working order
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Support senior technicians and supervisors as you advance toward independent field work Qualifications No prior HVAC experience required – we provide all training
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
