Job Detail
  • Lead your team to set clear goals and build amazing products that will amaze our customers
  • Hire and manage new team members and oversee third-party contractors, including offshore and nearshore resources
  • Drive team growth and development through mentoring, 1-on-1s, and creating opportunities for professional progression
  • Foster a high-performance team culture built on empowerment, ownership, and results with a bias toward action
  • Work with your development team to establish and maintain an architectural vision while advocating for technical initiatives to better the team and product
  • Interface with the Product Management team to drive current and future initiatives and to ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • Create and follow through on feedback loops to ensure delivered work is adopted and delivers stakeholder value
  • Own technical processes while establishing and maintaining high standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security
  • Contribute to development initiatives include design discussions, code reviews, and hands-on coding when needed
  • Leverage KPIs to evaluate team output and outcomes and using the insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing conditions
    Required Experience: Proven experience in technical management
  • AI in Engineering Processes and Products
  • Ability to understand and prioritize the impact of the team’s work on stakeholders and customers
  • Experience leveraging KPIs to measure output and outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and delegate
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and team growth, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Have high standards and a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Compensation: The salary range for this role has been established at $145,000 – $180,000 annually
  • The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location
  • The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

  • Travel Requirements: Occasional business travel be required, up to 10%
