Job Brief
Allsolar energy inc is launching a new residential electrical division (ase electric services ) and we are bringing on one electrician with real experience to help build it from the ground up.
Salary Detail
$28 – $45 an hour

Job Detail
- Install EcoFlow Smart Panel 40
- Install Span FranklinWH and Enphase smart load controllers
- Install generator inlets and manual transfer switches
- Install backup subpanels and critical load panels
- Perform whole home surge protection and load management
- EV charging and future ready wiring
- Install Level 2 EV chargers
- Complete panel load and capacity assessments
- Install dedicated EV circuits
- Perform clean garage mounted installs
- Panel and service upgrades
- Main service panel upgrades
- Full panel rebuilds and replacements
- Restore power troubleshooting
- Grounding and bonding improvements
- HVAC and appliance electrical
- Install HVAC soft starts
- Replace AC disconnects
- Minisplit heat pump and air handler circuits
- Pool pump and well pump circuits
- General residential work
- Install ceiling fans light fixtures outlets and switches
- Relocate circuits and devices
- Bring older wiring up to safe standards
- Correct poor workmanship from previous electricians
- Technical field responsibilities
- Install repair and maintain residential electrical systems in new construction renovations and existing homes
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical diagrams
- Use power tools hand tools and NEC compliant testing equipment
- Work with low voltage and high voltage safely and correctly
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Document all work for project records and future reference
- Coordinate with other trades when needed
- Solar electric training
- You will be paid to learn solar electric through real field installs with our team. No classroom learning. Real projects only.
- Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong ability to execute clean organized panel work
- Strong understanding of electrical codes schematics and NEC standards
- Experience reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience with both low voltage and high voltage systems
- Proficiency with hand tools power tools ohmmeters and testing equipment
- Construction site experience with renovations or new builds
- Troubleshooting skill with a clean and professional work style
- Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle and have a valid drivers license
- Strong attention to detail and a steady work ethic
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- No drama and no excuses
- About the pay
- This position is piecework pay only.You are paid per completed job.Volume will increase as the division grows.Paid solar electric training included.
- Pay: $28 – $45 per hour
