Job Detail
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in homes.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and power tools to complete wiring tasks efficiently.
- Test electrical systems using instruments like ohmmeters, ammeters, and voltmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure wiring meets safety regulations and project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including test results, repairs made, and parts used.
- Follow all safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.
- Skills
- Proven experience as an residential electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction environments.
- Looking for an electrician with at least 2 years residential Wiring experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters and ammeters.
- Ability to interact with customers and show them we care about their home just as much as they do
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Knowledge of NEC standards for low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent physical dexterity to handle tools and materials in various working conditions.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
