Job Detail
- Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Communicate with foreman about daily and weekly tasks
- Understand and apply local, state, and federal electrical codes
- Use appropriate tools and testing equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive work conditions.
- Actively be involved with jobsite processes, with the goal being to successfully and safely compete the job.
- Interact with others on the job site in a professional manner as a JEC representative.
- Follow all directions from your foreman and superintendent
- Maintain a clean and safe work site and an organized material area. Experience and Skill Requirements Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, crawling, climbing and balancing
- Experienced in commercial and industrial electrical work
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficient in conduit installation (EMT, Rigid, PVC, Robroy)
- Two or 3years of experience
- Proficient in wire pulling and termination
- Effective communication skills
- Strong work ethics with an emphasis on safety
- Strong time management skills
- Possess personal integrity and quality workmanship
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
