Qualifications

- Your New Role
- This position is based out of Fort Wayne, IN, and covers job sites across Northeast Indiana. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating daily tasks for electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Maintaining project schedules and ensuring productivity and high-quality work
- Interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Managing tools, materials, and equipment to keep work running efficiently
- Installing, testing, and troubleshooting various electrical systems
- Upholding safety standards in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company protocols
- Leading daily safety meetings and conducting job hazard assessments
- Completing accurate reports, timecards, and material tracking logs
- Attending project meetings and coordinating with other trades and inspectors
- Operating and overseeing safe use of lifts, trenchers, and trade tools
