Electrician Helper

Job Detail
- Communicate effectively with Electricians and team members to execute tasks safely and efficiently
- Work in environments where hazardous wiring be present
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble electrical conduit using hand and power tools
- Splice wires using hand tools, soldering equipment, tape, or terminal gaps
- Connect wires to fixtures, switches, and power equipment
- Assist in installing control and distribution apparatus such as relays and circuit breaker panels
- Unwind and pull electrical cable and secure power connections
- Perform basic testing of installed equipment to ensure safety and compliance
- Disassemble and remove defective electrical components
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies as needed
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Climb ladders and perform tasks above ground level
- Traverse uneven terrain safely with materials and tools
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently in a variety of tasks
- Follow all site safety procedures and regulations at all times
Electrician Helper Position Requirements
Minimum 6 months of industrial construction experience required- Ability to use basic hand and power tools effectively
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the trade
