Job Detail
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Help with low voltage wiring for various applications, including lighting and communication systems.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality.
- Support the team in adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations.
- Participate in frame carpentry tasks as needed for electrical installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including experience as a commercial or residential electrician is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Experience with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to electrical work.
