- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
- Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
- Mentor and support junior electricians as needed What We’re Looking For
- Required: Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
