• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
• Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
• Mentor and support junior electricians as needed What We’re Looking For
• Required: Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
