Master’s degree in relevant field is required

• Apply tape, mud, and other finishing materials to drywall seams and joints.
• Sand and smooth finished surfaces to ensure an even texture.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
• Perform repairs on water-damaged drywall as needed.
• Assist in remodeling projects by installing new drywall or repairing existing structures.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient finishing.
• Execute caulking tasks to seal gaps and improve the overall finish of the project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:
• Proficiency in plastering techniques and water damage restoration.
• Experience with frame carpentry, remodeling, maintenance person tasks, tile laying, masonry, and construction estimating is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment and caulking methods.
• A strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
