Job Brief
**summary of primary functions: **the dry finisher lead will supervise specialty finishers and concrete finishers in applying dry finish to concrete members.
Salary Detail
$24.19 an hour

Qualifications
Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Job Detail
- Review shop cards with Manager.
- Verify dry finish for each bed form.
- Assign 1or more Concrete Finishers – Class B for each concrete product.
- Instruct each Concrete Finisher as to which dry finish is required for each concrete product.
- Instruct each Concrete Finisher about special requirements for dry finish.
- Saw off strand ends, sack concrete member, rock edges of panels, etc. as needed.
- Perform any dry finish as required to meet production schedules.
- Apply rework to concrete products as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor. Job Specifications or Qualifications:
- **Education and/or Experience: ** High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). or 1to 3months related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 or more years of leadership experience required You should be proficient in: Leadership / People Management
- 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method) Machines technologies you’ll use: Hydroblaster
- Shot Blast Machine
