Job Description:
We are seeking a Drain Sales Technician with plumbing and sales experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales and expanding our market presence across the nation.
Responsibilities:
Assess customer drain and sewer issues using a sewer camera along with a drain snake/hydro jetter.
Follow a structured sales process to achieve sales targets.
Engage with customers to evaluate their needs and help deliver solutions that align with our products and services.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify and seize market opportunities.
Requirements:
Prior plumbing experience (strong experience with drains and sewers preferred)
Experience in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to adhere strictly to a sales process.
Mechanical aptitude is considered a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
