Job Detail
  • Fri – Tue, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fri – Tue, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • What You’ll Do Follow our proven service system and educate customers on products and solutions.
  • Perform expert diagnostic work and drain cleaning on sinks, bathtubs, sewer lines, and more.
  • Meet and exceed key performance requirements.
  • Deliver quality workmanship and come prepared with the tools necessary to do the job.
  • Build strong customer rapport so you can recommend the right products and services.
  • Present yourself professionally and provide a knowledgeable, trustworthy service experience that drives referrals and repeat business.
  • What You’ll Bring Proven drain service experience with a drive to grow your skills every day.
  • Jetting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning across a variety of fixtures and systems.
  • Strong verbal communicator with the ability to quickly learn iPad software.

  • Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
