$20 – $22 an hour

Job Detail
- Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to residential and light commercial service calls.
- Build repour and describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions.
- Explains the features and benefits of each solution. Obtains agreement for services before performing work and collect payment.
- Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers.
- Wear all applicable Personal Protective gear while operating in a safe manner.
- Participation in required staff meetings and training.
- Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages as needed.
- Required Experience:
- 1 or more years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
- 1 or more years’ experience using hydro jets, electric snakes, and/or sewer cameras
- Preferred experience
- Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
