Job Detail
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Load material at aggregate plants and safely transport it to other plants or job sites
  • Clean vehicle, including the spraying down of trailers when needed
  • Report any necessary maintenance or adjustments that be required
  • Tarp loads when needed to protect product being hauled
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with flexible hours; overtime be required
  • Ability to travel to various work locations based on work availability and customer demand
  • Can be exposed to extremes of hot and cold weather


    Education

    High school diploma or GED

    Requirements/Qualifications

    Class A commercial driver’s license with a doubles endorsement
  • Safe driving record – No more than two moving violations within the past 24 months; No serious moving violations within the past 36 months
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong customer service skills


    Preferred

    Experience in aggregate or heavy construction industries
  • 2 years of commercial driving experience


    Conditions of Employment

    Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing
