• Open-door policy, fostering a collaborative environment with active owner and management involvement Position Summary: Mechanics are responsible for servicing and maintaining CASE agricultural machinery and related equipment.
• Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various equipment systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Execute structural repairs, including welding.
• Document all work performed accurately using basic computer skills.
• Adhere to established Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) procedures and guidelines.
• Demonstrate safe and proper application of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
• Complete other duties as directed by management to support dealership objectives. Qualifications: 5+ years of mechanical experience in agricultural equipment is highly preferred.
• Must have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
• A minimum of 3 years of field mechanical experience is required for consideration.
