Career Development is required

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and brake systems
• Maintain accurate records of service, inspections, and repairs
• Conduct DOT and state vehicle inspections (if licensed)
• Perform post-repair test runs to ensure safe and proper function
• Assist with emergency repairs in the field when necessary
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support parts ordering, inventory, and shop organization
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Other duties as assigned by the Equipment Manager
• Qualifications: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with a variety of construction and DOT-regulated vehicles
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• CDL Class A (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• PA State Inspection License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic computer skills to log repairs and complete work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Working Conditions: Primarily shop-based with occasional field service work
• Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required during peak project times
