Job Detail
- Design and implement end to end data solutions leveraging AWS services such as AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Data Catalog
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using AWS Glue to process and transform large datasets efficiently
- Set up and manage the AWS Data Catalog, ensuring seamless integration with Glue and other AWS analytics tools for data discovery, governance, and access control
- Develop frameworks to apply data quality rules within the AWS ecosystem, ensuring high data integrity, accuracy, and reliability
- Optimize and manage queries in Amazon Athena, utilizing S3 data for analytics and improving query performance
- Implement and optimize data storage and query performance on Amazon Redshift
- Work closely with data engineers, project stakeholders, business users, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, data pipelines, and processes, ensuring adherence to AWS best practices

Required Skills & Experience:
12 years of experience in data architecture with focused on AWS cloud solutions - Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, S3, Data Catalog & Lake Formation
- Experience in Distributed computing, Semantic modeling and BI tools
- Good knowledge of Data Quality (DQ), Data Cataloging (DC) and Data Lineage
- Expertise in ETL pipeline development, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Experience optimizing query performance on AWS services
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data pipeline orchestration
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for data processing and transformation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
