Custom Cabinet Shop – Trim Carpenter

FFT Cabinetry has been building and installing custom cabinets in the Wilmington area for over 20 years. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter who can handle installs, punch lists, and shop work.
What you’ll be doing:
– Install custom cabinets and trim work
– Do punch lists and final touch-ups on job sites
– Help with cabinet deliveries and setup
– Some cabinet assembly and general shop help
– Keep job sites clean and organized
– Follow safety rules and work well with the team
What we need from you:
– At least 2 years of experience in cabinet installs or trim carpentry
– Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
– Able to pass a background check
– Know your way around hand and power tools
– Take pride in your work and pay attention to the details
– Show up on time, work hard, and get along with others
Job Type: Full-Time (No Subcontractors)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay: Starts at $20/hr, depends on experience
