Job Brief
Job summary we are seeking a dedicated and experienced crew leader to oversee and manage our landscaping team.
Salary Detail
$19 – $22 an hour

Job Detail
- Supervise and lead a team of groundskeeping staff in performing landscape maintenance tasks.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct tree care activities such as pruning and removal as needed.
- Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide feedback for improvement.
- Crew leader will work closely with the owner to help manage crew.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and pest management.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree care practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid and clean driver’s license will be required to drive the crew to job sites.
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Sales experience – not required
