Summary/objective we are seeking a dedicated and highly organized credit analyst to join our credit and collections team.

Job Detail
- Conduct collection calls, generate monthly account statements, follow up on unpaid invoices, and reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Handle customer service issues, process refunds, account adjustments, and ensure accurate payment reconciliation.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and work with relevant departments (sales, accounting) to correct issues.
- Review and release orders as needed.
- Assist with customer payment application for payments without remittance information.
- Process customer payments and manage COD accounts.
- Set up new accounts, pull credit reports, and submit credit requests for approval.
- Ensure that builders approve purchase orders and invoices for timely payment.
- Track payments via customer websites and liaise with builders to obtain payment approvals.
- Handle missing invoices and reprint them for customers for multiple business units.
- Investigate missing deposits and work with accounting to ensure deposits are correctly applied.
- Competencies/Skills/Abilities Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit analysis.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
