- Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Execute precise lifting and moving of materials as per project specifications.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, including hours worked and materials handled.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment on-site.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing mechanical knowledge for effective problem-solving.
- Assist in backhoe operations as needed to support project requirements.
- Qualifications Proven experience in crane operation.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar cranes and other heavy machinery is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Valid commercial driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
