Specific Qualifications 10+ years of handyman experience, knowledgeable in multiple trades (e.g carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, or painting)
- Own truck or van and tools
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
- Strong work ethic of problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
- Proven ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service interactions
- Great multitasking and prioritization skills
- ServiceTitan knowledge, a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus
- Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role: Proper Equipment – Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
- Troubleshooting Skills – Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
- Be Presentable – Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools
