Job Detail
  • Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with the Foreman and Superintendent
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of field timecards
  • Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files
  • Review plans for changes and price updates
  • Coordinates project activities and tracks materials
  • Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings
  • Draft purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment
  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    A current college student seeking a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have attention to detail
