Construction Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled construction carpenter to join our family at Wilson Builders, serving Martin County since 1981. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, particularly in carpentry. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, including frame carpentry and metal stud framing, as well as the ability to fabricate and restore various structures. Pay/Hours
40 hrs weekly
$25-$35 an hour per experience
Duties
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. i.e. custom built-ins, cabinetry, outdoor structures etc.
Perform carpentry tasks, ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE A VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE and a clean background
Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry.
Familiarity with construction project timelines and site maintenance.
Strong skills in frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and fabrication techniques.
Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Bonus

Reliable access to a truck is a plus
