Concrete Laborer
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Work in a team prepping and pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural and residential settings.
· Perform general construction labor from project start to finish.
· Operating various construction and concrete tools and material handling.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Ability to quickly learn and assists in all facets of the project and offer suggestions for improvement.
Required Skills
· Ability to lift, carry and pull at least 50 pounds of material
· Pre-hire drug screen
· Ability to listen to, understand and follow directions.
· Ability to remain flexible as specific assignment change.
· Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
· Requires strength to lift, push, pull, or on occasion, carry objects of 50 lbs or more. Also, flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Must be able to stand between eight and twelve hours per day. Some tasks involve repetitive motion.
