Job Detail
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring and finishing.
- Operate concrete mixers and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming tasks to create molds for pouring.
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required.
- Perform renovation, restoration, and maintenance tasks as needed, including plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction, particularly in concrete finishing and related tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience on construction sites is essential. familiarity with safety regulations is preferred.
- Skills in carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), caulking, welding, and concrete pumping are advantageous. Join us in delivering exceptional quality in every project we undertake!
