  • This position will encompass a wide variety of tasks where 1day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from 1another.
  • Typical tasks include: About 25% of time spent in the field on job sites
  • Regional support for installed projects using CASLink (remote monitoring system)
  • Direct interaction with regional sales team, service team and customers to resolve complex equipment and install issues
  • Data analysis and making recommendations for product improvements
  • Primary Job Responsibilities: Heavy data analysis and remote troubleshooting using building management systems
  • Use remote monitoring system to proactively identify and fix equipment issues and also address identified equipment faults.
  • Product Support – Troubleshoot issues with existing and newly installed equipment remotely and in the field and provide immediate solutions
  • Work closely with engineering team, service team, local sales team and customers to help find best outcomes on installed jobs
  • On site for construction trade coordination meetings and startups to ensure a good outcome
  • Review and analyze data gathered from installed equipment in order to make product improvements, utilizing our CASLink remote monitoring system
  • Provide reports to Regional Manager as well as other teams on customer feedback/challenges, quality, product improvements/issues
  • Required skills: 0-5 yrs experience
  • 4 year technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, construction or science-oriented curriculum preferred
  • Building Management/Building Automation Systems experience is preferred
  • Must enjoy hands on product exposure
  • HVAC and/or electrical experience strongly preferred
  • Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a must

  • $70k-$100k base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
