Commercial Roofing Trainees

Pioneer Roofing Systems will train you to be a qualified laborer on commercial roofing projects and continue training you to become a roofing technician earning $30/hour or more.
In addition to your hourly wages, Pioneer pays 100% of your individual health insurance through our Kaiser plan, 12 holidays per year, and one week of vacation to start increasing to three paid weeks after 5 years.
Additional benefits, including company paid cell phones, are available to individuals who move up to leadership positions such as foreman.
