Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including piping, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work and remodeling projects
- Conduct maintenance on existing plumbing systems to prevent failures and ensure optimal operation
- Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components with carpentry and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and related systems on-site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Skills
- Proven experience in construction, construction plumbing, welding, and mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and schematics reading
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and HVAC systems integration
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on construction sites
- Knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, and general maintenance work
- Experience with field service operations and commercial driving preferred
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and schematic interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex environments
