Journeyman carpenter foreman – job overview we are looking for an experienced and driven journeyman carpenter foreman to lead our construction team.
Salary Detail
$34 – $38 an hour

Job Detail
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of metal studs, wood, plywood, drywall, drywall finishing, and acoustic ceilings.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Manage construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.
- Utilize software tools for project management and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control.
- Journeyman Carpenter Foreman Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and budgeting processes.
- Proficient in using project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Valid OSHA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
