Qualifications
Diploma or GED~ Certification as HVAC Technician from accredited trade school or college~ 06A electrical license~ Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints~ Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques~ Critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving and documentation consistent with Andgar standards~ Have advanced customer service skills and strong communication skills~ Experience making repair and replace decisions~ Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record~ Drug/Alcohol free, including marijuana~ Must be able to lift up-to 75lbs.
Job Detail
- Salary Range: $35 – $50 per hour, DOE

- Specific duties include: Perform necessary routine service and repairs on all types of HVAC equipment
- Adheres to assigned work schedule, with ability to work overtime as necessary
- Recommend and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Create equipment repair estimates
- Verify and coordinate HVAC building code compliance
- Monitoring gauges, dials, and indicators to make sure machine is working properly
- Meet key performance productivity goals
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies/procedures such as safety procedures
- Respond to ph1messages, emails and service calls in a timely manner
- Qualifications: 5+ years’ HVAC experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification as HVAC Technician from accredited trade school or college
- 06A electrical license
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
