Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes.
- Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Valid Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
