• Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crews in the installation of foundations, slabs, walls, footings, and other structural elements.
• Able to set, pour, and finish all types of flatwork for commercial and residential projects
• Interpret and execute blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor crew productivity and provide training or direction as needed.
• Oversee use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Track and report daily progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Assist in scheduling and workforce planning.
• Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a concrete foreman role on commercial construction projects required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews of varying sizes.
• Solid understanding of job site safety protocols (OSHA certification preferred).
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment and tools related to concrete construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with structural concrete systems preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Working Conditions Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
• Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required depending on project deadlines.
