$30 – $32 an hour

Work Achievements and Contributions is required

• Frame and construct using metal studs
• Hang, finish, and repair drywall to commercial standards
• Install acoustical ceilings and grid systems
• Set and adjust doors, frames, and hardware
• Assist with additional construction or site support tasks as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient job site practices
• Commercial Carpenters Qualifications
• Must be able to work M-F 7a-330p
• 5+ years of verified commercial carpentry experience
• Skilled in acoustical ceiling grid systems and drywall hanging/finishing
• Proven metal stud framing experience
• Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints
• Must have hand tools appropriate to trade and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, vest)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, not required

• $30–$32/hour, based on experience
