Job Detail
  • Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • On call rotation required, including weekends
  • Primary driving within about a 100 mile radius in most markets. occasional regional travel as needed What you will do Install, repair, and remove designated coffee and beverage dispensing equipment for a defined customer base
  • Handle both planned and unplanned work: preventative maintenance, emergency service, site surveys, and installations
  • Take part in the after hours and weekend service rotation to support urgent customer needs
  • Maintain spare parts and equipment stock. reorder within company replenishment guidelines
  • Complete all required documentation, including call closure details, accurate description of work performed, and complete invoices with customer signature
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing equipment installations
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with customers and internal partners
  • Capture and relay customer feedback and requests to management or other departments
  • Adhere to defined service level agreements for customer programs
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet expectations and timelines What you bring High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of mechanical and technical experience
  • Foodservice background preferred
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and use of test meters preferred
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within a 100 plus mile radius of the branch
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment issues
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
