Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced mill-turn cnc programmer/operator skilled in mastercam mill-turn to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts on dmg mori ntx (8-axis sub-spindle) and dmu 50 5-axis machines.
Salary Detail
$38 – $50 an hour

Qualifications
Mastercam Mill-Turn programs for DMG Mori NTX and DMU 50.
Job Detail
- Create, simulate, and post-process Mastercam Mill-Turn programs for DMG Mori NTX and DMU 50.
- Configure live-tool, sub-spindle, and Y-axis operations for balanced machining.
- Prove-out programs and optimize cycle time, tool life, and part quality.
- Set up precision fixtures, tooling, and part transfers between spindles.
- Collaborate with engineering and RD on prototype and low-volume builds.
- Inspect and verify first-article parts to tight tolerances.
- Requirements
- 5+ years CNC programming setup on multi-axis (5- to 8-axis) machines.
- Expertise with Mastercam Mill-Turn required.
- Hands-on experience with DMG Mori NTX and/or DMU 50 machines.
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
- Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and GDT.
