Job Detail
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by installing and adjusting cutting tools, securing workpieces, and loading programs.
- Operate multiple CNC machines and monitor their performance to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the setup requirements and machining methods.
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to communicate any challenges or opportunities for process improvement.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. – Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and CNC programming is a plus.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
