  • Drive enterprise-scale telecom transformations, owning ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing delivery risks
  • Lead communications service providers through digital modernization – from network optimization to customer experience enhancement and regulatory compliance
  • Build trusted C-level partnerships with telecom executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Architect delivery strategies that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while ensuring full leverage of Pega’s telecom capabilities
  • Champion innovative methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, and constellation tailored to telecommunications transformation

    What You’ve Accomplished

    Proven Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership in telecommunications digital transformation programs
  • Telecommunications industry expertise with experience across communication service providers, network operators, or telecom technology vendors
  • Enterprise software delivery experience leading telecom modernization initiatives including network automation, customer experience optimization, and operational transformation
  • C-level relationship management with telecom executives as trusted advisor for operational and technical transformation
  • Understanding of telecom business strategy, regulatory requirements (FCC, spectrum management), and technology-led transformation in network operations and customer service
  • Cloud modernization experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and telecom compliance requirements preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence telecom clients and technology partners

    Additional Information

    Base salary range for this role is 142,400 – 216,900 USD annually
  • This role also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives


  • The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and vary from the posted range
