Job Detail
- Perform complex installations, repairs, and maintenance on various types of chillers, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Lead and supervise a team of junior technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize chiller performance and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control problems
- Perform start-up and commissioning of new chiller installations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall HVAC system efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest chiller technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Provide expert technical advice and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for maintenance and repairs
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests
- Assist in developing and implementing energy-saving strategies for chiller systems
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the technical team
