we are a small family business based out of ohio that does contract work with fedex. we work out of 5 locations, twinsburg, mansfield, grove city, plain city and etna. we run newer freightliners and have dedicated routes. miles range from 1500-2700 weekly depending on how much you want to drive. all night linehaul. we are looking for reliable people that want to work.. role description this is a full-time remote role for a cdl a truck driver. the role involves the safe and timely transportation of goods to various destinations while complying with all traffic rules and regulations. responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, ensuring cargo is secure, maintaining logbooks, and communicating effectively with dispatch and managers. the driver will also ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.. qualifications
- Valid CDL A license and a clean driving record
- Experience in conducting vehicle inspections and basic maintenance troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and cargo securement practices
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to operate navigation systems and follow delivery schedules efficiently
- 1 years experience in long-haul or regional trucking is mandatory
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and routes
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement required ~
