Job Detail
- 4+ years of experience in most phases of carpentry, including rough framing (both wood and steel framing) and finish carpentry
- Ability to read design drawings and build to precise specifications
- Ability to travel to and reside in Greenland for an extended period of time
- Ability to work in harsh, unpredictable outdoor conditions and extremely cold temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license Experience with metal stud framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and commercial or industrial facility construction is preferred. First aid training and experience in remote, cold, or polar environments would be a plus. Accredited OSHA training course completion is preferred as well.

- WORK SCHEDULE
- This construction position is a seasonal role that requires deployment to Raven Camp, Greenland. Deployments vary in length and usually occur between April and September. During your deployment, you will typically work a 54-hour week that includes 6 9-hour shifts per week. The typical schedule may shift based on conditions and work requirements. It may include 12-hour days, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
