Carpenter/Metal Cover Builder

This individual can build patios, carports, covers, and custom outdoor spaces designed for coastal living. We take pride in hard work, reliability, and craftsmanship that stands up to the Texas coast.
Job Description:
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on installers to join our team. You’ll help build carports, patio covers, pole barns, and metal structures. If you like working outdoors and take pride in showing up and doing quality work, this job is for you.
Requirements:
Must show up on time — every time. Reliability is a must.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic construction experience preferred (metal buildings, framing, or concrete).
Ability to lift materials and use basic hand/power tools safely.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

We’re not interested in “no-shows” or folks who call in sick every week. We want go-getters who take pride in showing up, working hard, and being part of a dependable team that gets the job done.
Pay: Based on experience ($18–$25/hr) with opportunities for growth.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed.
