Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction tasks, including installation, remodeling, and restoration. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform tile laying and fixture installation with precision and attention to detail.
Assist in concrete forming and pouring for various projects.
Execute remodeling tasks, including cabinet installation and mold remediation.
Operate CNC machinery for custom projects as needed.
Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Restore and repair structures as required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Experience
Proven experience in carpentry or labor-intensive roles within the construction industry.
Familiarity with tile laying, concrete forming, fixture installation, and remodeling techniques is highly desirable.
Experience with CNC machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
