Overview we are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our team, specializing in a wide range of construction, restoration, and carpentry projects.
Salary Detail
$17 – $25 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform construction estimating and blueprint reading to accurately plan project tasks
- Execute framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finish carpentry including door hanging and cabinet installation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Install roofing, siding, stucco, metal studs, and perform masonry work as required
- Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing rough-ins
- Engage in restoration activities such as water damage remediation and mold removal
- Handle heavy lifting and assist with demolition or remodeling projects
- Apply caulking, plastering, painting, fixture installation, and other finishing tasks to meet project specifications
- Read schematics and blueprints to ensure precise execution of all tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), roofing, masonry, or related trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Experience with restoration industry practices such as water damage remediation and mold remediation preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or during renovation projects
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling environments is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel
