Job Detail
- Perform a wide range of carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential job sites
- Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, decks, and other finish work
- Follow project plans, drawings, and instructions with attention to detail
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and residential remodeling
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic hand tools and tool belt
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of job site safety practices
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with custom home builds, kitchen and bathroom remodels, or similar projects
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends, depending on project needs
