Diploma in releted field is required

• Assist carpenters and shop crew with fabrication, installation, and material handling
• Load and unload trucks with materials and project components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite or shop environment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as directed
• Perform basic woodworking or construction assignments
• Support tool and equipment maintenance
• Follow supervisor instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed
• Learn and apply new fabrication techniques and skills
• Participate in keeping job sites safe, orderly, and efficient
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or shop work preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic building materials is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must bring and maintain a basic personal set of hand tools on-site
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Forklift operation experience is a plus (or willingness to train)
